Bits & Bobs is a full service event coordination, design and styling company founded by Owner and Creative Director, Ginny Au. Her objective was to approach the role of coordinator with an artistic aesthetic, providing her clients with dedicated, personal service and impeccable attention to detail.

Ginny was born in England to a family dedicated to the arts. After growing up in both Australia and then back to England, Ginny graduated high school in Devon, England.

She chose the University of Georgia to pursed a theatre degree, where she met her husband David. She worked during her summers in Europe with wedding companies and caterers, which led to her post degree career in corporate event coordination and then into weddings and design.

Ginny and her husband moved to Birmingham, Alabama in 2008, founding Bits & Bobs in the fall of 2011. She has since been recognized for her domestic and international weddings in magazines like Weddings Unveiled and Southern Weddings and numerous national blogs including Once Wed, Snippet & Ink, Southern Weddings Blog, Roost Blog, and Green Wedding Shoes.

Ginny and David have two inspirational little loves, James & Madelyn. Outside of work, they fill their lives with great adventures both foreign and domestic, raising their children to marvel and embrace the wonders and gifts of God.
